Vista means a view. Lately, yours has been from the car.
ThenNow
Then: A summer evening at the Moonlight Amphitheatre meant walking up from the lot with a picnic basket.
Now: You skip the show rather than face the climb.
Then: Saturday mornings meant strolling Main Street in Downtown Vista.
Now: You drive past and look at the shops through the window.
Then: Visiting the grandchildren meant a walk around the park together.
Now: You watch them play from the car.
A scooter gives you the view back
An electric mobility scooter handles the walking and the hills, so the amphitheater, Main Street and the park are part of your life again. We'll help you choose by phone, then arrange delivery and set-up at your home in Vista.
Folding mobility scooters
Condos, mobile homes and busy family households rarely have room for a scooter that doesn't fold, and taking one apart for every trip gets tiring. Folding scooters collapse in one piece and stow upright or flat.
Go Go Super Portable
Model SC15MMSRP $3,569
A mobile home or condo has no room for a scooter that won't fold.
The Go Go Super Portable folds to just 12 inches high without removing the seat, and Charge360 magnetic charging makes plugging in simple.
Errands, appointments and visits fill your week, and the battery has to keep up.
The i-Go comes with all-day power, speed and versatility to take you there and back again. Pride classifies the i-Go as a personal vehicle, not a medical device.
A show at the Moonlight Amphitheatre, a morning on Main Street or a program at the Gloria McClellan Senior Center asks more of a scooter than a quick errand. A hard seat and a short battery can end the outing early. Full-size scooters add comfort, a smoother ride and more range.
Victory Platinum
Model SC710PLA - U1MSRP $3,599
Stiff fingers make small charging plugs frustrating, and bumpy streets leave you sore.
Charge360 connects magnetically, robust suspension smooths the ride, and a convenient lever adjusts the tiller. It is made in the U.S.A. with foreign and domestic parts and includes EZ Turn technology.
Vista's hillsides, the paths at Buena Vista Park and grassy lawns can stop a standard scooter, and a larger rider on a small scooter never feels secure. Heavy-duty and outdoor scooters bring the power, tires and suspension to go with confidence.
Maxima 3-Wheel
Model SC901MSRP $4,536
Standard scooter seats feel narrow, and you never feel secure on a slope.
The Maxima 3-Wheel offers a large, deep seat and an ergonomically enhanced design, with a bariatric rating of up to 500 lbs.
Vista errands usually start with the car: Tri-City Medical Center, the grocery store, family in Oceanside or San Marcos. If lifting a scooter into the trunk is a struggle, you stay home. Pride's Go Go series takes apart into pieces light enough to lift and fits in most trunks.
Go Go Elite Traveller Gen 3 Platinum
Model SC443EMS - 12AHMSRP $1,921
An evening show ends after dark, and the walk down to the parking lot makes you uneasy.
Front and rear pathway lights brighten your path, a modern deck gives your legs room, and the angle-adjustable tiller fits your reach. EZ Turn Technology and Charge360 magnetic charging are included.
Loading heavy scooter pieces on a sloped driveway feels unsafe.
Feather-touch disassembly separates the pieces quickly with a light touch, and EZ Turn, Charge360 and an angle-adjustable tiller make the ride easy, too.
Four wheels feel steadier on hills, but narrow aisles make turning a worry.
Pride's patented EZ Turn Technology gives this scooter what Pride calls the best turning radius in the industry, so four-wheel stability comes with easy turns.
Prices shown are Pride Mobility's MSRP as of September 2026 and may change. Call for our current price, and ask about used scooters at half the regular price, subject to stock.
Know your scooter: a quick tour
Never used a mobility scooter? It's simpler than it looks.
Here are the main parts and what they do. We'll walk you through all of them on delivery day.
Seat
Most scooter seats swivel, so you can get on and off from the side instead of stepping over the deck.
Tiller
The steering column and handlebar. Many tilt toward you, so you can find a comfortable reach.
Thumb lever
Press the lever to go, and let go to slow to a stop. Most scooters have a dial to set a gentle top speed while you learn.
Deck
Where your feet rest. A roomier deck means more legroom and less stiffness on longer rides.
Basket
Carries a purse, groceries or a small bag. Keep it light so the scooter stays balanced.
Freewheel lever
Lets you push the scooter by hand when it's switched off. Always switch it back before you ride.
