Oxnard is wide open, from the harbor to the fields. Getting around it shouldn't wear you out.
Everything is spread out
Channel Islands Harbor, The Collection at RiverPark, the Plaza downtown. Oxnard's best places are miles apart, and each one ends with a long walk from the car.
So you start choosing between them
You pick one stop instead of three, skip the harbor walk and leave the grandchildren's games early. Before long, you're choosing home over all of them.
A scooter covers the distance
An electric mobility scooter handles the long walks, so the harbor, the shops and the family are all back on the list. We'll help you choose, then arrange delivery and set-up at your home in Oxnard.
What do you need most?
Choose one to jump to the Pride scooters made for it.
Farm roads, beach parking lots and park lawns can stop a standard scooter, and a larger rider on a small scooter never feels secure. Heavy-duty and outdoor scooters bring the power, tires and suspension to go with confidence.
Baja Wrangler 2
Model BA401 - 75AHMSRP $7,692
Mountain drives and desert trips were your favorite escapes, and you miss them.
The Baja Wrangler 2 brings unprecedented outdoor capability, with large tires, full suspension and dual hydraulic brakes.
Oxnard errands usually start with the car: St. John's Regional Medical Center, the grocery store, family in Ventura or Camarillo. If lifting a scooter into the trunk is a struggle, you stay home. Pride's Go Go series takes apart into pieces light enough to lift and fits in most trunks.
Go Go Endurance AL+
Model SC54ALX - 8AHMSRP $2,499
Rough roads and patched parking lots send jolts through a small scooter.
Full suspension absorbs the jolts, and a lightweight aluminum frame is easier to lift into the car. EZ Turn and Charge360 add premium convenience.
Harbor dinners end after dark, and the walk back to the car feels less certain every year.
Front and rear pathway lights brighten your path, a modern deck gives your legs room, and the angle-adjustable tiller fits your reach. EZ Turn Technology and Charge360 magnetic charging are included.
Wrestling scooter pieces into the trunk leaves you tired before you've gone anywhere.
Feather-touch disassembly separates the pieces quickly with a light touch, and EZ Turn, Charge360 and an angle-adjustable tiller make the ride easy, too.
Four wheels feel steadier, but narrow store aisles make turning a worry.
Pride's patented EZ Turn Technology gives this scooter what Pride calls the best turning radius in the industry, so four-wheel stability comes with easy turns.
Beach cottages, harbor condos and mobile homes rarely have room for a scooter that doesn't fold, and taking one apart for every trip gets tiring. Folding scooters collapse in one piece and stow upright or flat.
Go Go Carbon
Model SC25MMSRP $4,789
Lifting a heavy scooter is out, and leaving one outside a store worries you.
The foldable Go Go Carbon weighs just 35 pounds and uses NFC technology for enhanced security.
Your days are full, and the battery has to last as long as you do.
The i-Go comes with all-day power, speed and versatility to take you there and back again. Pride classifies the i-Go as a personal vehicle, not a medical device.
A stroll around Channel Islands Harbor, an afternoon at The Collection at RiverPark or a visit to the Carnegie Art Museum asks more of a scooter than a quick errand. A hard seat and a short battery can end the outing early. Full-size scooters add comfort, a smoother ride and more range.
Victory LX Sport 4-Wheel
Model S710LXWMSRP $3,810
Oxnard stretches from the harbor to the fields, and a slow scooter makes every trip long.
The Victory LX Sport reaches 8 mph and travels up to 19.7 miles per charge, so the harbor and downtown are both within reach.
Stiff fingers make small charging plugs frustrating, and bumpy roads leave you sore.
Charge360 connects magnetically, robust suspension smooths the ride, and a convenient lever adjusts the tiller. It is made in the U.S.A. with foreign and domestic parts and includes EZ Turn technology.
Within each family, models run from highest to lowest price. MSRP figures are Pride Mobility's list prices from September 2026 and may change. Call for today's price, and ask about used scooters at half the regular price, subject to stock.
Five questions to ask before you buy a scooter anywhere

Questions from Oxnard customers
Do you deliver mobility scooters to Oxnard?
Yes. Call us to schedule delivery to your home in Oxnard. We'll set up your scooter, show you how to drive and charge it, and arrange service after the sale.
How far is your showroom from Oxnard?
Our showroom is at 907 N. Hollywood Way in Burbank, roughly 55 miles away on US-101. The drive usually takes an hour to an hour and a half, depending on traffic.
Can I ride a scooter at Channel Islands Harbor or the beach?
Paved harbor walkways generally suit scooters, but beach areas often have their own rules for motorized devices, and sand and salt air are hard on scooters. Check local rules, stay on pavement and wipe off salty grime after rides.
I'm a veteran. Can the VA help pay for a scooter?
The VA may provide mobility scooters to eligible veterans when they're medically needed. Your VA health care team handles eligibility and prescriptions, and we're glad to answer questions about specific Pride models.
Will a scooter work in a mobile home park?
Usually, yes. It makes trips to the clubhouse, the mailboxes and your neighbors easy again. Compact three-wheel and EZ Turn models handle narrow spaces well, but check your park's rules on scooter use and storage.
Do you offer financing, rentals or used scooters?
Yes. You can finance a new scooter, rent one by the day, week or month, or buy used at half off the regular price, subject to stock.
Does Medicare cover a mobility scooter?
Some Pride scooters may qualify for Medicare coverage when medically necessary and prescribed. Coverage depends on your situation, so call us and we'll explain your options.
