Moreno Valley keeps growing. Your world shouldn't be shrinking.

The trips that used to be easy

A run to the Moreno Valley Mall, an appointment at Kaiser or the medical center, a visit to the senior center. In a spread-out valley, each one starts and ends with a long walk from the car.

And the rides you now depend on

When walking gets hard, you start waiting on family, friends or a rideshare to get anywhere. Every favor adds up, every plan runs on someone else's schedule, and some days you'd rather just stay home.

Your first year with a scooter

  1. Day one

We deliver your scooter, adjust the seat and tiller to fit you, and practice with you until you feel comfortable.

  2. Week one

You make your first trip to the store on your own schedule, without asking anyone for a ride.

  3. Month one

You're back at the senior center and lunch with friends, and riding feels like second nature.

  4. Year one

You're still covered by Pride's lifetime limited frame warranty and 2-year limited drivetrain and electronics warranty, with our technicians a phone call away.

Full-size mobility scooters

A day at the Moreno Valley Mall, a family gathering or an afternoon at the senior center asks more of a scooter than a quick errand. A hard seat and a short battery can end the outing early. Full-size scooters add comfort, a smoother ride and more range.

Our two showrooms

Moreno Valley customers visit our Burbank showroom, roughly 75 miles west and usually an hour and a half or more by car. Many choose by phone and let us deliver and set up their scooter at home.

Questions from Moreno Valley customers

Do you deliver mobility scooters to Moreno Valley?

Yes. Call us to schedule delivery to your home in Moreno Valley. We'll set up your scooter, show you how to drive and charge it, and arrange service after the sale.

How far is your showroom from Moreno Valley?

Our showroom is at 907 N. Hollywood Way in Burbank, roughly 75 miles away. The drive usually takes an hour and a half or more, so many customers choose by phone.

Can a scooter replace some of the rides I depend on?

For many local trips, yes. A scooter lets you handle nearby errands, appointments and visits on your own schedule. For longer trips, a travel or folding scooter can ride along in the car so you can get around once you arrive.

How do scooters handle the Inland Empire heat?

Charge and store your scooter indoors, out of direct sun, since extreme heat is hard on batteries. On hot days, park in the shade when you can, because seats and armrests heat up quickly.

Can I use a scooter at Lake Perris?

Lake Perris State Recreation Area sets its own rules for mobility devices on trails and beaches. Check with the park before you go. Outdoor models handle rougher paths best.

Do you offer financing, rentals or used scooters?

Yes. You can finance a new scooter, rent one by the day, week or month, or buy used at half off the regular price, subject to stock. We also buy, sell and trade.

Does Medicare cover a mobility scooter?

Some Pride scooters may qualify for Medicare coverage when medically necessary and prescribed. Coverage depends on your situation, so call us and we'll explain your options.
